Hammer Horde would love to invite you to Chillcon 2025. "Dubbed as one of the North's favourite tabletop conventions, well known for being family friendly and a relaxed atmosphere. CHILLCON is in its sixth year and welcomes some of the most loved wargaming and tabletop companies in the industry." Details of the day are still to be decided but it's a great 1 day show to ease back into the season - and all the small plastic figures you could want! Update: Either the postcode or searching "The Sheffield College" will get you to the front gates. Follow the carpark right to the end, and a service gate on your left will lead you to trader parking & where to unload for LH. We will also put up signposts but it's a fairly easy site to navigate. NOTE: Travelling from the south may direct you near the CAZ of Sheffield. I've checked on Google Maps and it should take you around it rather than through it - but I've taken a wrong turn more than once and ended up in the centre. Arrival on site from 8.30 AM - Please come and find the Hammer Horde tent (look for Mr Thorpe) as there is an induction process we are required to follow to be on site. 10 AM - Start of event/authenticity 2 PM - Muster for combat 2.20-2.30 PM Parade to the arena 2.30-3 PM Combat display - a mix of weapons demonstrations and a lighthearted tournament. The actual display depends on how many combatants & variety of weapons are available. No archery or other missiles due to lack of space. 4 PM - Event ends. Additional info: I have asked whether fireboxes are permitted and will update with an answer. You won't be able to drive vehicles onto LH directly, but will be able to unload cars very close by & parking is available for the duration of the event. There will be drinking water available from taps in the building & toilets available but we will be sharing these with traders/patrons. There will be food vendors available, but I don't know precisely what.
