Breock Renaissance Fair is a new event which aims to bring an American style 'Ren Faire' to Cornwall. For those unfamiliar this means that MoP will be encouraged to dress up in fantasy historical attire and the overall vibe will be fairly unmoored from any particular historical time or place. We will, regardless, attempt to put on our normal 9th Century encampment - that being said, due to the more fantastical nature of the event we are open to any kit provided it is from the society list. I.e you are welcome to come in any of the 'Specialist Kit Types' even if normally not appropriate to the British Isles. We are able to camp on site and there will be drinking water and toilets as one would expect - we are currently awaiting confirmation on availability of fire wood. If not available we will provide some from the fee. We welcome visiting members from other groups as we would like the show to succeed as it may provide a good opportunity for growth in the future.
